The hotel has a stunning and unique location, with an amazing view of the lagoon. Clean rooms with soft beds. - the pool bar on the property is a nice touch.

The room: we stayed in a superior double room with access to plunge pool. Luckily we did not need to share the plunge pool during our one week stay. The breakfast: great choice and even though lots of people did not feel too crowded. The restaurants are beautifully decorated and the food offer is very good. Value for money was excellent for our room.
The "public" swimming pools were very crowded and not that great. The location, whilst lovely up on a hill, is not that great, as far (min 30 mins) from any of the best beaches and with a view (quite industrial) of Phuket Town. This hotel is not for those who like small boutique hotels, as this is a very big, almost village like, hotel resort.

Really enjoyed this modern accommodation with very friendly and extremely helpful staff with every member of the staff. The location was perfect, for example, Wat si Rea was not too far from the hotel. Moreover, the area was such beautiful.
They served just okay breakfast, it can be far better.

The facilities are new and advanced, the staff is nice and kind, and the view from the infinity swimming pool is great!
The transportation to town or the airport is a little pricy.

I like the resturants and the overall look of the hotel.
First of all I was really disappointed when we arrived, the beach was ugly and muddy, you don't even want to try it. The pictures they add on thier website that its a white clear water is not true, its the worst beach in phuket. The hotel does'nt consider old people, or even children they have a very steep stairs and a lot of walking distance which is not convenient for strollers or old peopl, you need to wait for a club car to pick you up and most of the time they are late or they will give you an attitude, they drive very fast which is not safe at all. As for safety I mean for children they did'nt work it write, the rooms resturant everywhere has shard edges my daughter got too many pumps. Swimming pool are really nice but the tiles inside the pool comes out,and you step a lot on tiles which can hurt your foot, rooms are not divided well there is a lot of useless space and old scratched furniture not luxury at all as its rated ,very far from any activity. Front desk were really nice ,workeres in resturant are friendly and helpful. The only thing we enjoyed was the sala one bedroom villa ,it was nice amazing and worth the money, but again swimming pool has a big problem of the tiles, most of the pool itles came out. I'm sure they used a very cheap quality materials to build this resort and took a last minute decisions in every thing,it's not well studied. I dont think I will go again.

I really appreciated how the children were so well looked after in the Kids Club by dedicated and caring staff. Also the hotel had a very welcoming and personal feel. You felt that you knew everyone and that the staff knew who you were.
We liked the location, facilities, cleanliness, the swimming pool and the Kids Club the most.

I liked everything about the hotel. Probably they can add some few more provisions in the hotel shop considering the hotel is located far from market

I stayed at the Westin Siray, Phuket with my gf in a sea view room. The hotel is perfect in general in terms of hospitality, cleanliness and service. The sea is not perfect and the pool is some how small with limited seating. The location is not perfect for those who are interested in shopping as the Hotel is about 45 mns drive to the best shopping malls.

It was a fantastic experience to stay at this hotel. The pools are amazing, breakfast is rich, the Asian res. Was great, the view from the room and the service of course.
I didn't like the location. The hotel is too far from the city center and the Patong Beach area. You would need more than 45 minutes drive by car to reach there, and you have to pay alot of money just for taxi and other transportations. This hotel is more recommended for those who would like to escape away from the city noise and relax at the hotel only.
